Drawing & Painting Celtic Art Miniatures
16 November to 7 December 2026
ONLINE: Monday evenings 6.30pm - 8.30pm
$200/pp
This is a hands-on course.
I guide you through step-by-step demonstrations of how to draw Celtic knots and spirals. No-one is ever left behind as we work through each step together. We will be creating 2 complete Celtic art designs suitable for students from beginners to intermediate. To make it easier to draw these miniature Celtic designs, I provide you with templates to work on directly, set at double the usual size of a miniature.
I will demonstrate how to mix your paint, how wet to make your paint and how to use your brushes. Then I will show you a few painting techniques suitable for painting Celtic knots and spirals. The painting demonstrations are produced using watercolour gouache on smooth watercolour paper with small round and pointed brushes.
